Researching and Making Excuses Beliveable

Due to too much stress last monday to wednesday I got sick and was able to use this as a good excuse of not comming to work. (Actually I really didn't want to, because I was really disappointed with our trainer) I was able  to obtain a medical certificate stating "to consider systemic viral infection". What I only know is that this may cause fever so I researched what the symptoms maybe.

1. Symptoms of Common Respiratory Infections

Most common viral infections, including colds, infect the respiratory tract and generally cause a similar set of symptoms. You may experience some or all of the following if you catch a viral respiratory tract infection: headache, fever, malaise, sore throat, sneezing, coughing and a runny nose.

If your signs and symptoms seem unusually severe, visit your doctor to make sure you're not affected by a more serious condition. Otherwise, you'll be limited to supportive care for your treatment options, as viral infections cannot be cured by any medical treatment.

2. Got a Stomach Bug?

Just as the symptoms of viral respiratory tract infections cause symptoms that primarily affect the throat, nose and mouth, common stomach viruses wreak havoc on your intestinal tract. Some of the symptoms you might identify include abdominal pain, chills, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and changes in the consistency of your stools.

3. Check the Color of Your Mucus

As an informal means of identifying a viral infection, you can check the color of your mucus. While this is by no means an absolutely reliable way of diagnosing a medical condition, it can help you distinguish whether your symptoms are caused by a virus or by bacteria. In general if you're suffering from a common viral infection, your mucus will be thicker and whiter than normal. Bacterial infections usually make your mucus turn green or yellow. However, there are exceptions. If you have a common cold, for example, your mucus may be tinged with green or yellow because bodily fluids get mixed in with it in your respiratory tract. To be sure, you can visit your doctor to get a blood test to determine what type of antibodies your immune system is producing to ward off the intruder. That's the only sure way to know whether you have a virus.

4. Signs of Systemic Viral Infections

There are literally thousands of different viruses that might make you sick, with many of them affecting internal organs. Systemic viral infections may include symptoms like fatigue, malaise, swelling or tenderness of the affected organ and localized pain. The exact nature of your symptoms will differ, depending on the cause of your infection, but if you start taking antibiotics and your symptoms don't improve, you probably have a virus. Plenty of fluids and rest are the most reliable treatments.

The Unfair and Incompetent Supervisor

During our taining last Tuesday night to Wednesday morning I was caught sleeping several times by our trainor (he's gay by the way). Actually I was observing the class and there were 4 of us who were really sleeping; me, a pair of lovers, and the one they call "kilabot ng mga bading" (because he was really popular with the gay employees in our company).
Before our last break, I, and the lovers, but not this "other guy" were called to acknowledge our  ECFR (it's a way of communication in our office, some sort of email thingy or  what you may want to call it) regarding sleeping in the class and it was written there that it will be the final warning. As a sign of obedience of a subordinate to a superior i hesitantly clicked on the acknowledge button like the 3 others did. I tried to hide my true feelings regarding this trying to act professional as much as I can. What I did was, right after our shift I talked to him in the calmest manner I know first thing I said is sorry if you got offended because I was sleeping and I started asking several questions like why for us it's already a final warning without even talking to us regarding this, I was aking if it is only us that he saw sleeping and he was not able to give out an answer. I asked if this is the proper escalation process when infact to those that he caught during the level 1 training he talked to them first for like forever and never gave this ECFR thing, and all he did was to give out unacceptable answers.

I and my colleagues were talking about this, most of the people I talked to sympathized and were saying it's not just our fault and this trainer should be aware of his skills and competency.(given that they were not even close friends of mine) It was not my fault or any colleague's alone. If the problem is only with us, or anyone of us then not everybody would me feeling sleepy in classs.

Companies should evaluate their trainers and the one who are in a supervisory level to keep their agents from resigning. They should make sure that  they could handle people and not be subjective in acting out and running policies. They should be able to command respect without even asking for it. I keep asking how come this person was promoted as a trainer when infact he has below average communication skills and he was teaching basic skills training to new hires which includes teaching communication skills. He was just good at using the system but nothing more.

See, in just one month time, 32 employees resigned from that company. It's only showing how incompetent most of the superiors are,

Don't Read Me!!!

Hey! Why are you reading me? Didn't just I say you shouldn't do? I promise you would not get anything from reading this bunch of crap! I know you are still continuing to read me. Yeah, people are just to hard headed and the more you oppose them from doing things, they just insist even harder. Tell you what, i was just trying to catch your attention because I've got something to say.
When life has started everyone has been given the gift of expressing themselves. And what could be the best way of expression? Guess what.... Even the ancient people did this in their own way, primitive as it may seem and unable to be understoodd by the people presently living, but this has became a way to link our past to the present and surely would be a tie of our present to the future. What is it? Of course the one you've heard seen in the walls of caves and the one that you could also see anywhere and everywhere you look at. WRITING! And you may think what the heck is this person saying. Alright, it's just for this simple reason! I'm starting my own site of blogging just to share a piece of me to everybody.
I've got no perfect grammar, I'm not an epitome of a person full of substance, and I will never ever be comparable to any dictionary out there where you can find words that can make your nose bleed and your brains burst but I'm just a simple person who would like to share to people the things I learn and see in everyday's life.
Just feel free to visit my site and read my posts! -24c4ra ^_^
